2. Data We Collect
We collect personal data only where it is necessary for a clear and legitimate purpose. The categories we may collect include:
- Contact information — name, company name, email address, phone number, provided when you complete our contact form or communicate with us directly.
- Enquiry content — the text of messages you send us, including descriptions of your business systems or technical questions.
- Usage data — anonymised log data including pages visited, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic region, collected automatically when you visit our website.
- Cookie data — preference and session data stored in your browser. See Section 8 for details.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (as defined under the PDPA) through this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from persons under 20 years of age.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use personal data for the following purposes:
- To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form or by email or telephone.
- To communicate about services you have expressed interest in, including the Flow Review, Pipeline Build, and Steady Support services.
- To fulfil contractual obligations where a service agreement exists.
- To improve the functionality and content of our website using aggregated, anonymised analytics.
- To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations in Thailand.
We do not use your data for unsolicited direct marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the PDPA, we rely on the following legal bases for processing personal data:
- Consent — for optional communications, cookie preferences, and marketing where applicable.
- Contractual necessity — to deliver services under an agreed engagement with a client.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to pre-contractual enquiries and to maintain the security of our systems, where such interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation — where processing is required to comply with Thai law or regulatory requirements.
5. Sharing Your Data
We may share your data with the following categories of recipient, only to the extent necessary:
- Service providers — third parties who assist us in operating our website, sending email, or hosting infrastructure (such as cloud hosting and email platforms). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for their own purposes.
- Professional advisers — lawyers or accountants where disclosure is necessary for compliance or legal proceedings.
- Regulatory bodies — Thai government agencies or regulators where required by law.
We do not transfer personal data outside Thailand unless adequate data protection safeguards are in place, consistent with the PDPA's requirements on cross-border transfers.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.
- Enquiry data from the contact form: up to 24 months from the date of last contact, or until a service engagement concludes.
- Client service data: for the duration of the engagement and up to 7 years thereafter, consistent with Thai commercial and tax record-keeping requirements.
- Anonymised analytics data: up to 26 months.
After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents reconstruction of personal identity.

- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
- Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. There is no fee for submitting a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
