Constant, Considered Integration — That Is What Niran Means to Us

We are a small, focused team in Bangkok building AI data pipelines that run dependably — without the pressure to go faster than makes sense for your organisation.

Our Story

Built Around the Idea That Good Integration Should Be Calm

Niran Tech was founded in Bangkok in 2019 by two engineers who had spent years watching businesses rush into AI pilots that collapsed within months. The tools were fine. The problem was how they were connected — hastily, without adequate testing, with no one left to maintain them.

The name draws on niran (นิรันดร์), a Thai word meaning constant or eternal. It describes the kind of integration we aim to build: one that keeps flowing after the project is over, does not need emergency calls at weekends, and extends gradually as the business grows into it.

We work with small and mid-sized businesses across Thailand — logistics companies, retail operations, professional services firms — who want to use AI practically without overhauling their entire stack. Our approach is technical first: understand the current data flows, identify where AI can connect cleanly, then build with the kind of care that holds up under daily use.

Today our team of five engineers handles everything from initial assessments through to ongoing pipeline maintenance. We keep projects small on purpose, so each client has a named engineer and a clear line of communication throughout.

Mission

To help businesses in Thailand connect AI into their operations in a way that lasts — with thorough assessment, careful engineering, and ongoing support that does not disappear after handover.

Values

  • Steadiness over speed. We take the time to do things properly rather than rushing to launch.
  • Written clarity. Options, findings, and plans are always put in writing before decisions are made.
  • Client pace. We do not push expansion. Each step happens when you are ready for it.

How We Work

Technical Standards We Hold Ourselves To

Pre-Build Review Process

Every integration begins with a written assessment. We do not start building until the options are documented and agreed in writing.

Staged Testing Protocol

Pipelines are tested in isolated environments before touching production data. Handover only happens when tests pass without exceptions.

PDPA Data Handling

All data handled during projects follows Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act guidelines. Confidentiality agreements are signed before work begins.

Full Documentation Handover

Every pipeline includes written documentation covering architecture, configuration, and maintenance procedures — so your team understands what was built.

Monthly Performance Reporting

Active support clients receive a written monthly report covering pipeline health, data volumes, any issues encountered, and notes on potential extensions.

No-Pressure Engagement Model

Each service — review, build, support — can stand alone. We do not require clients to commit to further stages, and we do not use urgency to drive decisions.

Expertise & Context

AI Integration in the Thai Business Context

Connecting AI services into a working business is a different challenge from running a proof of concept. The AI models themselves often work well in demos; the difficulty lies in building the data pipelines around them that are reliable under daily load, maintainable by the people who inherit them, and appropriate for the sensitivity of the data they carry.

In Thailand, this challenge has an additional dimension: the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), which came into full effect in 2022, places clear obligations on how personal data is processed and transferred. Any integration that routes customer data through an AI service needs to account for these obligations from the design stage — not as an afterthought.

Niran Tech was built specifically to address this: engineers with deep experience in data pipeline architecture, combined with a thorough understanding of the Thai regulatory environment and the practical realities of local business infrastructure. We work with systems already common in Thai mid-market businesses — ERP platforms, CRM tools, logistics software — and we build connections that fit into what is already there rather than requiring wholesale replacement.

Our assessment process (the Flow Review) is designed to surface what is actually feasible before any commitment is made. Many clients find that even the assessment alone clarifies their AI strategy significantly, regardless of whether they proceed to a build. That clarity is worth something in itself.
